About the studio
Through a combination of hands-on massage techniques and targeted exercise therapy, I create personalized treatment plans to address muscle tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance. Whether you're looking to relax, rehabilitate an injury, or reach new fitness goals, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Massage therapy
Since the beginning of 2023 I opened the studio. Its Ideal for clients who prefer to relax or recieve treatment outside of their home or holiday accommodation. The studio is located on about a 12 minute drive from Lagos.
Excercise therapy & Personal training
It is situated In Colinas Verdes near Bensafrim ( Greater Lagos area) which is a very peaceful, beautiful, green and relaxing location. I offer all types of massages listed on this website except the couples/duo massages. Massage are only available with an appointment.
